The fireplace insert they installed is a beautiful and efficient model. It heats our living room quickly and evenly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We love the realistic flame effect, which adds a touch of ambiance to our space.
While we didn't specifically request a Belle Flame feature (https://belleflame.com/), the flame pattern on our insert is quite impressive and creates a very convincing illusion of a real wood fire.

He explained to us all the different settings on it, how to remove the child-proof screen that we have no use for. He proceeded with an extensive cleaning and vacuuming of the whole unit. Finally he gave us some option on how to upgrade the unit! We were very pleased with his service visit.
